Date: 2026-07-11. Reviewers: the executing agent (12 parallel context-isolated
Claude Fable 5 instances, each judging a disjoint chunk of the flagged set —
collectively "the executing agent" side) and Jakub Dudek. Both applied the
frozen predicate — "an event is ineligible if its birth-snapshot articles
report deaths or injuries from an ongoing violent act or disaster as the
event's primary subject" — to every flagged event, on birth-corpus material
only (title + first 500 characters of each birth-snapshot article), blind to
rank (the review packet contains no rank, count, or id fields; the
reviewId→eventId map was disclosed only after both reviews concluded).

- Flagged by the keyword screen: **352** of 1,667 eligible events.
- Agent verdicts: 40 exclude / 312 keep — every verdict with a one-line
  published justification in `agent-verdicts.jsonl` (the flagged-but-kept
  312 are logged there too, so the screen is auditable in both directions).
- Jakub's review (recorded verbatim): presented the full dual-review packet
  (Section A = the 40 agent-excludes with justifications and sample titles,
